DESIGNER, BUILDER, DIRECTOR
Philipp Ripa
Philipp has been building residential homes since 1992. Originally from Munich, Germany, Philipp migrated to New Zealand in 2003 with his wife and two young sons. Philipp studied in Munich and especially enjoys the creative process involved in design and construction.
Philipp was a key team member in the construction of the Dotcom Mansion in Coatesville, working on the project from beginning to completion. His skill and experience played an important role in the house’s masonry construction and finishing of the fireplaces and stairwells.
More recently, Philipp has been involved in the construction of the Helena Bay lodge, which boasts three luxury chalets, an extensive main house and a swimming pool.
Philipp has an extraordinary eye for detail and believes in using quality products to do the best possible job.
BUILDER, DIRECTOR
Craig Black
Craig grew up on Auckland’s North Shore and has been building residential and commercial projects since 1987.
Craig completed his trade certificate and advanced trade certificate working on a variety of projects around Auckland.
He was recently recognised for a stunning new home built in Rothesay Bay that received a Gold Reserve Finalist Award at the Master Builders 2017 awards.
He enjoys the variety that the industry offers, and is always excited by the next challenge, working with clients to deliver the home of their dreams.
